C&F Cash Manager

An investment account for high-balance commercial customers that 'sweeps' excess available funds from one or multiple checking accounts into the C&F Cash Manager account on an overnight basis. Excess funds are invested in Repurchase Agreements backed by U.S. Government, U.S. Government Agency, or high quality State, County and Municipal Bonds. This allows corporations to earn interest on excess funds and eliminates their daily decision making on how much to keep in the account to cover clearings and how much to place in an interest bearing account. May help avoid overdrafts if funds are available in other tied accounts. This is NOT A FDIC INSURED ACCOUNT and is secured with investment securities held in safekeeping.
