Enrollment Agreement

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions set out in the Citizens and Farmers Bank Internet Banking and Internet Banking with Bill Payment Service Agreement. I understand my rights and obligations as a consumer of the Internet Banking Service and the Internet Banking with Bill Payment Service ("Services"). I also understand the rights and obligations of Citizens and Farmers Bank as the provider of these Services. There is no charge for using Internet Banking. If enrolled in Internet Banking with Bill Pay, I understand that I will receive Bill Pay at no additional charge. If, at any time, I decide to discontinue this service, I will provide written notification to Citizens and Farmers Bank. By submitting below, I authorize The Bank to issue a temporary password on my behalf which I will be forced to change to a private password the first time I log on to the system.
