I sincerely hope this message finds you and your family healthy during this trying time in our nation’s history. Here are several updates I’d like to share with you as we continue to face this great challenge together.

Our branches and customer support center continue to be open for regular hours to serve you. While our lobbies are open by appointment only, we can take care of any need you might have if you visit our drive-through facilities or call one of our customer service associates. And as we have frequently mentioned, our personal and business digital banking services will also serve most any banking need you have; if you’re not taking advantage of them yet, I encourage you to access our new digital services guide, contact us to learn more, and enroll in the ones that will help you with your needs.

Our local economy has been drastically impacted by this pandemic and we are here to help. We have made great progress processing the SBA’s Payroll Protection loan program over the last two weeks, designed to support America’s small business payrolls and encourage retention of employees. Our Customer Support Team is available from 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday and from 9am to 12pm on Saturdays by calling 800.296.6246. Many of our customers also enjoy using our Telebank service, which is available 24/7 by calling 800.296.4968. It's always been important to us that we provide multiple options to conduct your banking business; we're happy to help you with any of these options if you've not used them before, simply call or stop by to see one of our representatives and we'll help you right away.
