Dear valued C&F Customers:

Today marks Virginia’s transition to Phase III of reopening many elements of our public life from COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. Words still cannot fully express how challenging these past few months have been for everyone in the C&F family, to include our customers, employees, and all institutions of the communities we serve. Simultaneously, we’re heartened by the spirit we see rising to meet this challenge. It’s true: when the going gets tough, the tough do get going.

Even though Virginia is moving to Phase III, we’re not quite ready to re-open our branch lobbies just yet. We simply lean to the safe-side when it comes to your wellbeing and that of our C&F teammates, though we’ll continue to assess the situation and make a best decision for everyone concerned. As usual, please check for status updates on cffc.com and our various social sites – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

In the meantime, we’ll continue to serve you via our drive thru facilities, ATMs, Customer Support Center, and C&F Digital Services.  However, if you have a need you feel cannot be met with any of the channels listed above, we’ll be happy to schedule a convenient time for you to visit with us.  I would specifically draw your attention to our Personal and Business Digital Services Guides which will give you all the information you need to understand and enroll in these incredibly convenient services. “Contactless” mobile payment services like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay are becoming much more popular because you can pay for purchases without touching foreign surfaces. I encourage you to learn more about Mobile Pay and call us if you have questions or would like help getting yours set up.

Our Customer Support Team is available from 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday and from 9am to 12pm on Saturdays by calling 800.296.6246. Many of our customers also enjoy using our Telebank service, which is available 24/7 by calling 800.296.4968. It's always been important to us that we provide multiple options to conduct your banking business; we're happy to help you with any of these options if you've not used them before, simply call or stop by to see one of our representatives and we'll help you right away.
