While COVID-19 persists, we continue to be here to serve you. Governor Northam has announced further closures and restrictions on certain industries, however banks are considered “essential services” during State of Emergency declarations and are not under closure order at this time. Accordingly, drive through services of our C&F and Peoples Community Bank branches are open to serve you with normal hours of operation. If you have a need that cannot be served at the drive through just let us know at the window – or call Customer Support at 800.296.6246 – and we’ll make arrangements to ensure you are served.

Here are several additional updates for you:

  • We’re making it even easier to go digital. Our new C&F Digital Services Guide makes understanding and using these services to make deposits, pay for purchases, and get alerts for transactions posting to your account easy. Click below to review and enroll – and be sure to call us if you have any questions, we’ll be happy to walk you through each step.

  • Caring for our customers and the community. The COVID-19 pandemic is taking a heavy economic toll on individuals, families, and businesses and we’re here to help. Please contact your local branch or Customer Support at 800.296.6246 if you’re among those already impacted and think you may need further assistance.
  • Caring for our employees. Many of you have called with or sent nice notes of appreciation for the hard-working C&F/Peoples Community employees who serve you. I assure you, their well-being will always be a top priority for us. Many who can do so are working from home and others who have other health conditions are being accommodated as well. I’m especially thankful for those who are bravely continuing to serve customers and we are going the extra mile to offer safety support to them. Thank you, again, for the nice messages you have sent. We offer many ways for you to conduct your banking transactions

We are pleased to offer robust online and mobile banking services and here are links to help you with them if you're not already familiar:

Our Customer Support Team is available from 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday and from 9am to 12pm on Saturdays by calling 800.296.6246. Many of our customers also enjoy using our Telebank service, which is available 24/7 by calling 800.296.4968. It's always been important to us that we provide multiple options to conduct your banking business; we're happy to help you with any of these options if you've not used them before, simply call or stop by to see one of our representatives and we'll help you right away.
