If you’re traveling…

Please remember to call our Customer Service Center at (800) 296-6246 or your local branch to let us know when and where you’ll be going. Our fraud systems will lean to the side of protecting your money if your C&F Bank Visa Debit Card is being used outside of your normal purchase routines, but notifying us beforehand will allow us to make sure your card is activated for the places you’ll be visiting.

Do we have your mobile phone number?

If we detect purchases outside of your normal merchant patterns, we may contact you to confirm that these are your purchases and not fraud. Please call us to provide or confirm the mobile phone number that we have on file for you. We can serve and protect you much better when we have your mobile phone number!

Holiday closing schedule.

In addition to Christmas Day and New Year's Day, our branches will be closed the Saturdays of December 23 and 30 so our employees can enjoy the season with their families. C&F Bank’s Online, Mobile, and Telephone Banking, along with ATM network, are available 24/7 for your convenience!
