With 12 years of experience in the banking industry, Rachel is known for her excellence in customer relationship management, fraud prevention, and team leadership. She began her journey with C&F Bank as a Service Representative at the Alverser office and was soon invited to join the Chester team. Over the years, she has supported multiple branches and taken on various roles, demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to the bank’s mission.

Rachel’s integrity, innovative mindset, and dedication to service have made a lasting impact over the past seven years. She’s a trusted mentor and motivator who thrives on building collaborative, high-performing teams. Her passion for creating meaningful, trust-based relationships with both customers and colleagues continues to drive success across the board.

A proud native of the Matoaca Colonial Heights area and a Warrior at heart, Rachel is happy to be home managing our new Colonial Heights location and looks forward to serving the community she loves. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking with her golden retriever, and spending quality time with her family and beautiful daughter.
