Toby Blatt, Retail Branch Manager
804.569.9776 / tblatt@cffccomToby has over 22 years of banking experience and has been in Branch Management since 2004. He started with C&F in June 2021.
Toby is passionate about building relationships with consumers and small business owners. He takes his time to understand the customer’s financial situation before recommending specific products. His goal is to make sure the customer understands the products that they have and takes the C&F motto of focused on you very seriously.
Toby graduated from Randolph-Macon College and the Virginia School of Bank Management held at UVA. He has lived in Mechanicsville since 2016 and is very active in the community. He volunteers with Atlee Community Church, Mechanicsville Little League, Cobb Imprint, and Hanover Youth Basketball Association.
