Trittie Mountcastle is the Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at our Jamestown Road office. Her banking career started with C&F Bank in October 2004. Over the past 15 years, she has built and deepened strong, long lasting relationships with customers and her teammates. She is passionate about taking care of her customers ensuring they reach their personal financial goals. She positions herself and the bank to be the top of mind for her customers through proactively reaching out to them and expanding her referral network. She is a well-known and dedicated member of the Williamsburg community. She has been a part of Williamsburg Area Meals on Wheels and enjoys volunteering at The Greater Arc of Williamsburg.
Trittie is devoted to advancing her career with C&F Bank and will be a graduate of Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at UVA in 2020. Trittie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling to the Outer Banks.
