You must be enrolled in Online Banking to access Mobile Banking. It’s easy, download the app from the links below.

Mobile Banking with Card Control

Card Control allows you to manage your debit card directly from C&F Bank Mobile Banking. Being able to control your card’s usage can protect your accounts and reduce potential fraud.

What types of controls and alerts are available?

  • Turn a card on or off
  • Block card present transactions performed outside a specified region
  • Block card present transactions performed outside the U.S.
  • Block transactions by merchant type
  • Block transactions exceeding a specific amount
  • Text alerts for transactions denied due to controls you or the Bank has set 

How do I get Card Control?

Once you have logged in to Mobile Banking Card Control can be accessed through the “Manage My Cards” option on the Accounts screen or the “Cards” option in the More menu.

Text banking allows users with SMS-enabled phones to access account information such as balances and recent transactions via text message to C&F Bank. Setting up low balance alerts and weekly notifications is easy and practical. No Internet service required!

Once you’re signed up, just text a command (like the ones below) to us at 96924 anytime. We'll immediately reply with your requested information, such as:

  • Balance information (B, BAL, BALANCE, BALANCES)
  • Recent account activity (TRAN, HIST, or STMT + account nickname)
  • Branch locations (BRANCH + zip code, city or state for the branch)
  • ATM locations (ATM + zip code)

Follow these easy steps to sign up for eStatements.

  1. Enroll and log in to Online Banking at cffc.com, click “Profile” and scroll down to “Electronic Statements.”
  2. Click “Edit,” select "eStatement" for each of the accounts you would like to include.
  3. Click the link to read and review the Electronic Statements Terms and Conditions; scroll to the bottom to retrieve your confirmation code and type it into the confirmation code field.
  4. Check the box to accept to the Electronic Statements Terms and Conditions. Click “Save.”

WHAT IS ZELLE?

Zelle is a fast, safe and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank accounts in the U.S., typically within minutes2. With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can send money to people you know and trust, regardless of where they bank3. Ask your recipient to enroll with Zelle before you send them money – this will help them get your payment more quickly.

WHO CAN I SEND MONEY TO WITH ZELLE?

You can send money to friends, family and people you know3. We recommend you ask people to enroll with Zelle before you send them money – this will help them get your payment more quickly2.

Since money is sent directly from your bank account to another person’s bank account within minutes1, it’s important to only send money to people you trust, and always ensure you’ve used the correct email address or U.S. mobile number. Zelle should not be used to send money to people you don’t know or to purchase goods.

HOW DO I USE ZELLE?

You can send, request, or receive money with Zelle. To get started, log in to your online banking account or mobile app and select “Send Money with Zelle®.” Once you log in to your online banking account or mobile app, follow the instructions for enrolling if you already haven’t done so.

To send money using Zelle, simply select someone from your mobile device’s contacts (or add a trusted recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number), add the amount you’d like to send and an optional note, review, then hit “Send.” In most cases, the money is available to your recipient in minutes2.

To request money using Zelle, choose “Request,” select the individual(s) from whom you’d like to request money, enter the amount you’d like to request, include an optional note, review and hit “Request.”

To receive money, just share your enrolled email address or U.S. mobile phone number with a friend and ask them to send you money with Zelle.
