Giving Back Together: C&F Bank Partners with Twice Is Nice

Throughout September and October, C&F Bank was proud to partner with Twice Is Nice as part of our Gives Back program, bringing employees and customers together to support an organization making a meaningful difference in our community.

Twice Is Nice promotes sustainability through the resale of donated goods while supporting local nonprofit programs that benefit seniors in need. During our two-month partnership, the C&F community stepped up in a big way.

Employees and customers contributed hundreds of clothing items through our supply drive, resulting in approximately 150 bags of donations. C&F employees also volunteered 18 hours supporting the Twice Is Nice team, helping behind the scenes with donation processing as well as assisting with customer support and merchandising.

C&F Bank also provided a $1,000 donation to help Twice Is Nice purchase a rolling platform ladder, giving its volunteer team safer and easier access to storage shelving in the organization’s warehouse.

Lori also shared her appreciation for the many C&F employees who volunteered their time, as well as the employees and customers whose donations helped stock the organization’s shelves. The Twice Is Nice team expressed its gratitude for C&F’s financial contribution, which will directly support the purchase of equipment to help volunteers safely access warehouse storage.
