As part of this partnership, C&F Bank recently hosted a financial education webinar, “Planting Roots: Home buying for Military Life,” focused on affordable homeownership for military and Veteran families. Held on June 10, 2026, this live virtual session provided valuable guidance to help participants navigate the home buying process with confidence.

Practical Guidance for Real-Life Decisions
During the webinar, C&F’s mortgage experts, Bryon White and Bryce Burgner, shared insights tailored specifically to the military community. The session covered key considerations around homeownership, including how to approach purchasing a home while managing the realities of military relocation and long-term financial goals.
Participants also had the opportunity to engage in a live Q&A, where real-life questions sparked meaningful conversations and helped bring clarity to common challenges faced by service members and their families.
