Little Hands Virginia
From January through February, C&F Bank was proud to partner with Little Hands Virginia as part of our C&F Gives Back initiative. Little Hands is the only organization in Central Virginia solely dedicated to providing essential items to economically disadvantaged infants and young children during the most critical early years of life. Their mission aligns closely with our commitment to strengthening families and supporting communities where our employees live and work. Thanks to the generosity of our employees and the dedication of volunteers across all C&F locations, this partnership made a meaningful difference for families caring for infants and toddlers in need.
Supporting Families When It Matters Most
Throughout the campaign, C&F Bank played a key role in organizing and fulfilling supply orders for more than 100 families. By helping coordinate donations and distribution efforts, our teams contributed to efficient and compassionate service delivery, ensuring essential items reached caregivers quickly and with dignity. This hands‑on support helped Little Hands continue its vital work of easing the financial burden on families during a challenging season of life, when access to basic necessities can make a lasting difference.
Delivering Essential Items for Infants and Children
Employees across the organization stepped up to collect and distribute hundreds of essential infant care items, including diapers, wipes, and other daily necessities. These contributions positively impacted the lives of more than 200 children, providing comfort, security, and support during their earliest stages of development.Financial Support That Extends the Impact
In addition to in‑kind donations and volunteer time, financial contributions from C&F employees helped generate critical funding to sustain Little Hands’ programs. This financial support allows the organization to replenish inventory, expand reach, and continue serving families who rely on these resources every day.Together, these efforts helped strengthen Little Hands’ ability to meet ongoing needs and plan confidently for the months ahead.
